Handmade using recycled wood
Meet the new dining table design, the newest addition to our recycled furniture family. It's the perfect table for gathering around with family or inviting friends over for feasts. We absolutely love the character it adds to a room, with a slight Scandinavian feel mixed with farmhouse warmth. It’s a dining table that is built to outlast the generations it gathers around it. Made entirely out of recycled pallets & scaffolding boards and finished in eco oil, this table is made consciously using traditional joinery techniques.
Crafted from 100% reclaimed solid pine, we love the story our wood tells through the imperfections (knots, old nail holes, saw marks etc.) as well as its natural grain, emphasising its soul & authenticity. Inspired by traditional joinery, we hand make this console table in our Salford workshop using visible joinery with a simplified, classic design.
About our reclaimed wood
As mentioned above, we use only industrial waste wood to create all of our furniture. With this comes a certain character and charm - read: lumps and bumps, scratches and scuffs, stains, holes and other imperfections. Though this is something we revel in, we are fully aware that this is not for everyone and that’s absolutely fine.
For those of you who like the rustic look as much as we do, please *expect* a certain level of individuality to your new item of furniture. Surfaces will *not* be perfectly flat, colours will *not* be perfectly uniform, and you may be lucky enough to have a hole or two in your piece. However, rest assured that our furniture has been built in a way that it is solid, secure, and made to last.
If you decide that the reclaimed look is not for you then we are happy to accept returns on undamaged items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Products should be returned at your cost and shipped with the appropriate level packaging and insurance to ensure you get your money back.

We offer free delivery for all UK customers. For all non-UK customers - please get in touch and we will provide you with a quote.

About our finishes & colours
We know how important protecting our pieces from spills and stains is. That’s why all our tables are finished using a mixture of natural stains, oils, and waxes to protect and enhance the wood, and to life-proof the table top. This creates a waterproof & easy wipe down coat so all our pieces are easily cleaned.

About Sephton
At Sephton Joinery, we take discarded wood and reimagine it into handmade, solid-wood furniture using only traditional joinery techniques. All of our furniture is made to order in our Salford workshop, with each piece designed and assembled to ensure we create as little waste of our own as possible.
We have put together our first collection of tables made solely out of pallets and scaffolding boards, with the aim of creating something robust and beautiful out of the type of waste wood you’re most likely to see sticking out of a skip.
The design ethos is simple: applying classic joinery to modern waste to create sustainable, beautiful furniture made to last. Turning joints into a design feature, we’ve tried to embrace the inherent imperfections of reclaimed wood and show it off in a completely new light.
